- we are an established Main Contractor, based in Glasgow and Manchester, undertaking new build, refurbishment, facades, and insurance reinstatement work within the industrial, commercial, residential, and retail sectors throughout the United Kingdom
- last year, we celebrated our 40th year anniversary of trading and have a proven track record in high-performance project delivery within the Construction Industry
- assistance in preparation of fortnightly sales and estimating documentation
- preparation of budget costings
- review of supply chain tender returns
- considering and actioning any post tender submission queries
Requirements
- educated to degree qualification in quantity surveying
- main contracting experience
- positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- team player
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- high professional standards aligned with honesty and integrity
- ability to work to required timelines
- UK surveying/estimating: 5 years
