Responsibility

  • take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast
  • additionally ensuring that all policies and procedures laid down by management are implemented
  • setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast
  • ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times
  • the Belgrave Hotel, is a contemporary boutique hotel located in Pimlico, London. With 70 guest rooms offering a truly unique experience for our guests, a modern, yet comfortable home away from home ambience
  • ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
  • we are currently looking to recruit a Breakfast Chef to effectively deliver and exceed our guests' need and expectations and to provide the highest level of personalized customer service
  • ensure all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
