- supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- our core work is mostly Domestic, medium to high end with some Commercial leisure industry and office works
- develop and maintain relationships with client, sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
- our projects are predominantly Hampshire based but we do cover other areas when required
- supervising and managing the contract team
- issue report weekly to Directors on all projects
