join our growing team at Belfast Print Workshop! We are hiring for the position of Office Administrator & Bookkeeper
financial and Budget Management: Reconciling financial transactions, managing program budgets, processing payments, and coordinating with accountants
fundraising and Program Management: Identifying funding opportunities, completing grant applications, coordinating evaluations and acquittals, and reporting to funders
membership Earning Management: Handling tutoring receipts, print sales, and membership fees, while keeping members informed
general Office Administration: Managing queries, diary, mail, and office systems, ensuring smooth operations
monthly Reporting: Providing written reports to the Board of Trustees, as required
Contract type
freelance contract for 12 months
rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour
Requirements
experience in office administration within an arts organization
relevant third-level qualification
familiarity with Xero Accounting system
minimum of three years' office administration and management experience
budgetary control experience
minimum of two years' bookkeeping or accounting technician experience
proficiency in computerized accounting packages like Xero and managing online payment systems such as PayPal and Stripe
experience in identifying grant and funding opportunities, including successful evaluation and acquittal
