  • join our growing team at Belfast Print Workshop! We are hiring for the position of Office Administrator & Bookkeeper
  • financial and Budget Management: Reconciling financial transactions, managing program budgets, processing payments, and coordinating with accountants
  • fundraising and Program Management: Identifying funding opportunities, completing grant applications, coordinating evaluations and acquittals, and reporting to funders
  • membership Earning Management: Handling tutoring receipts, print sales, and membership fees, while keeping members informed
  • general Office Administration: Managing queries, diary, mail, and office systems, ensuring smooth operations
  • monthly Reporting: Providing written reports to the Board of Trustees, as required

Contract type

  • freelance contract for 12 months
  • rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour

Requirements

  • experience in office administration within an arts organization
  • relevant third-level qualification
  • familiarity with Xero Accounting system
  • minimum of three years' office administration and management experience
  • budgetary control experience
  • minimum of two years' bookkeeping or accounting technician experience
  • proficiency in computerized accounting packages like Xero and managing online payment systems such as PayPal and Stripe
  • experience in identifying grant and funding opportunities, including successful evaluation and acquittal
