- down area and in Belfast
- travel between sites will be required
- here within our Initial Accommodation and Support Services Contract, an opportunity has arisen for two experienced Operations Managers with strong interpersonal skills
- we provide temporary Initial accommodation to asylum seekers, both adults and children. The role holder will act as point of contact for the service users, staff and ensure the safe and efficient running of the temporary accommodation schemes
- your role as Manager will be key in the day to day running of our supported accommodation. Your priority will be the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation, hotel staff and permitted visitors to the site
- ensuring the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and well-being of the Service Users, staff and visitors
- manage stock levels of cleaning and communal food items and order supplies

Requirements
- experience in a Hotel and or hospitality setting at supervisor or management level
- ability to work on own initiative and make responsive decisions
- foster a friendly team environment whilst ensuring adherence to processes and procedures

- ability to stay calm under pressure
