Responsibility
- take lead within Belectric UK team for procurement of equipment, services and works
- ownership of purchasing processes and procurement systems in UK
- management of purchase orders across EPC and O&M business
- leading supplier pre-qualification and onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers
- evaluate market trends affecting procurement of key equipment and services
- assist the preparation of tender information and subsequent contract preparation and negotiation
- collaborate with global procurement team and colleagues to ensure sharing of key supplier and market information whilst ensuring consistency of approach in procurement strategies across the Belectric group
Requirements
- degree in relevant accounting or management supply chain subjects or equivalent experience
- experience in Solar PV and Battery Storage markets a strong plus
- good understanding of typical contract formats used in EPC and O&M businesses and associated contract negotiation experience
- ability to develop strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Existing network of industry contacts a plus
- self-starter with commitment to self-development and passion for renewable energy
- desire to work in an international Company
