  • the EMEA Growth team is a small but impactful team that works hand-in-hand across all of BIT's policy and research teams, supporting their bidding and business development efforts
  • we're looking for an organised and driven Project Coordinator to join the team and play a crucial role ensuring we continue to deliver value in increasing our business development capacity across the business
  • you do not have to have business development experience, but we do want to see a tenacity and savviness towards business development and sales alongside possessing a strong work ethic and dedication to their job

  • work with other Project Coordinators to ensure bids are properly staffed, and to intervene if staff members have too much or too little work assigned
  • track the progress of new business development throughout their life cycle - putting projects into the pipeline, initiating project set up and handing over to teams to follow up on contracting and taking the project forward
  • reporting on latest bidding insights using PowerBI dashboard into monthly packs to disseminate to the wider teamOwning the guidance and up-dates to training materials for PowerBI dashboards
