Responsibility

  • the role has individual responsibility for managing the condition of managed residential property via regular periodic inspections
  • this involves booking and conducting property inspecting to assess condition and taking appropriate follow up action, including reporting to Landlords
  • ensuring that inspections are conducted in accordance with Client and company scheduling requirements
  • the Property Manager provides day to day management of our residential property portfolio. The role has primary responsibility for visiting property during tenancies
  • the role has shared responsibility for conducting end of tenancy inspections and associated administration and involves working collaboratively with the other Property Managers, providing support/cover where necessary
  • job Type: Full-time
  • conducting final inspections of properties, negotiating deposit return, organising remedial works, and completing end of tenancy administration
