Responsibility

  • be an excellent communicator, and be driven to help the shop succeed with an infectious personality
  • be hard working, organised, reliable and flexible
  • help the Assistant Manager and Directors with the smooth running of the shop
  • be able to open and/or close the shop when the rota requires
  • be able to open and/or close the shop when the rota requires, sometimes on your own
  • handle initial customer support issues and concerns
  • work most weekends, and quite a few bank holidays

Requirements

  • 6 months experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a cafe or coffee shop
  • ability to make barista coffee with some latte art skills
  • ability to travel to Derby & Burton Services, DE65 6DX
  • able to work one weekend day per week and most holidays
  • able to work most weekends and holidays
