Responsibility

  • working with your operations, delivery teams and sub-contractors to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
  • bringing jobs in on time, in budget and dealing with any unexpected costs
  • controlling all costs related to running the Arboriculture department
  • managing job schedules and budgets
  • attending site visits to monitor progress and standards of work
  • reporting financially and operationally to the company director

Requirements

  • managerial experience and previous experience within a similar role
  • programming/resource management experience
  • an excellent understanding of the Arboriculture industry, technical knowledge and experience in commercial processes
  • strong leadership skills and experience
  • business management skills in finance, operations, planning and forecasting
  • the ability to use your own initiative
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • must hold a Full driving license
