- ideally to have previous experience / qualification in a trade such as bricklaying, groundworks or associated civil trade
- to have had maintenance experience and willingness to complete general handyperson tasks
- pro-active attitude and excellent on-site communication skills
- ideally CSCS
- valid driving license, and must be willing to travel

Responsibility
- brickwork and building repair
- garden Groundworks
- basic patch plastering, filling and painting
- minor works and small building projects
- basic joinery, door works etc
- tiling
- to respond to emergency call-out requests supporting our Client’s Building Fabric requirements, on a rota basis
- any other duties as required
