Responsibility
- utilise hand and power tools to perform carpentry and joinery tasks efficiently
- execute roofing and plumbing projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards
- fabricate and assemble components as required for various construction tasks
- collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- conduct regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- engage in heavy lifting and other physical tasks as necessary for project completion
Requirements
- proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- strong carpentry and joinery skills
- experience in cut and pitch roofing
- knowledge of masonry and basic electrical & plumbing work is a plus
- registered as self employed/Limited Company with HMRC
- CIS registered with HMRC
- full Driving License with use of a Car/Van to travel between sites
