- handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- support the hotel when required during customer check-in/check-outs and attend to customer requests
- oversee the cleanliness, maintenance and health & safety standards throughout the bar areas
- manage day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management and ensuring compliance with all regulations
- support the owners in building weekday trade revenue opportunities
