- to prepare and serve food from the kitchen, with assistance
- to prepare and serve hot drinks from the kitchen, with assistance
- to manage stock levels of all items and ensure staff are correctly stock rotating
- ensure merchandise and food items are displayed and restocked
- to order stock for the kiosk and kitchen from our selected suppliers
- to ensure the kitchen is kept clean and cleaning procedures are followed and documented
- to update and inform staff of allergy advice for all food items
- own and update the cafe manual and train new staff

- previous experience in a kitchen or café environment Desirable
- ability to initiate contact and communication Essential
- experience in a retail environment Desirable
- confident, articulate, and accurate spoken English Essential
- previous face-to-face customer service experience Desirable
- ability to work hard and smart Essential
- maintain staff rotations and staff breaks
- attend monthly training sessions to keep qualifications up to date
- to be an active member of the lifeguard team and ensure correct poolside positions and constant visual patrols are maintained
- ensure the facilities are operated in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with the PSOP, national standards, and best practice
- ensure facilities are cleaned and tidy, and all areas of the site are kept safe
- handle dangerous chemicals safely and professionally, in accordance with COSHH
- administer first aid to staff and customers when required and complete appropriate report forms
- assist with ensuring booked facilities are available on time and as expected by the customers
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Essential
- first Aid at Work qualification Desirable
- experience of working in swimming pool environments Desirable
