- help develop and enhance recruitment strategy
- experience of using social media platforms to attract top talent
- provide feedback and insight to the business on hiring trends and expertise in recruitment
- establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers
- liaise with agencies and advertisers where required
- work with the leadership team to play a key part in business culture
- be accountable for keeping in line with recruitment costs
- keep up to date on training and recruitment methodologies and trends through self-development and learning
Requirements
- minimum of 3years’ experience of working and recruiting for sales positions
- able to quickly analyse the transferrable skills a potential candidate has by understanding existing role requirements
- proven consistent track record of success in sales recruitment
- excellent work ethic with an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- competent and confident using technology and personal networks to recruit the right people
- understands how to recruit into an environment where money is a key motivator
- outstanding communication and listening skills with an ability to build strong rapport with candidates at all levels over the phone and in person
- able to flex working hours to suit the optimum time and contact strategy to attract the best talent
