Responsibility

  • ensuring the brewing and cellaring teams in Lockwood, Tempus and THFC can perform all
  • their daily duties
  • coordinate Brewing and Packaging Plan for Lockwood, Tempus and THFC with Planning
  • dep. and ensuring production goes on like planned
  • responsible for the rota structure, to ensure that all daily and weekly tasks will be
  • performed by the team successfully and efficiently
  • responsible for signing off beers for packaging
  • what are your responsibilities?

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years’ experience in a Brewing environment, preferably in a leadership role
  • preferred Qualification, BD General Certificate, IBD Diploma, MSc in Brewing
  • confident and empathetic leader with strong communication and motivational skills
  • experience in ensuring employees work productively and develop professionally, overseeing recruitment and training of new employees
  • A quick thinker and problem solver with a proactive and committed attitude
  • A technical aptitude
  • A key understanding of brewing operations and connecting processes
  • strong record keeping, reporting and analytical abilities
