Responsibility

  • assist Managing Director and Contracts Manager in all aspects of administration
  • mange administration staff and workload
  • oversee accounts on Xero including bank reconciliation and VAT returns
  • purchasing & buying materials, working closely with suppliers
  • purchasing & buying materials and working closely with suppliers
  • maintain personal files and oversee and assist day to day HR
  • maintain personal files and oversea and assist day to day HR
  • setting up and maintaining electronic project files

Requirements

  • have experience and skills in a range of business support tasks and construction administration
  • demonstrated ability to meet targets
  • work proactively within the work place
  • ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • effective communicator, both verbal and written
  • experience measuring drawings would be advantageous but not essential
