However, in light of recent press reports exposing the appalling treatment of vulnerable service users with disabilities and complex needs at this emergency and respite care facility, Douglass House. Efford, Plymouth, we, along with others, feel obligated to boycott this event in solidarity with the most vulnerable members of our society.
