Responsibility

  • develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for assigned national accounts
  • build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and foodservice providers
  • conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify new opportunities
  • stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional and marketing strategies
  • monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to showcase our cheese products and expand market reach
  • work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields desired but not essential
  • strong understanding of sales and account management principles
  • demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
  • self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
  • willingness to travel extensively within the country as required
  • proven experience as a National Account Manager or a similar role in the food industry, preferably in the cheese or dairy sector
