  • the service emphasises active participation in-house and the wider community and is run like a large house in the community

  • attend and complete induction and all training provided by the company
  • complete shift records and assigned reports
  • support house-keeping activities such as cleaning and laundry, where appropriate with the individuals
  • support personal care needs in line with personal plans
  • work in the kitchen including cooking and helping to manage the workspace
