Responsibility
- the Head Chef is responsible for all team members within the kitchen operation
- ensure commitments towards improvement quality and service delivery
- complete required training including allocated on-line FLOW modules within specified timescales
- knowledgeable of policies and procedures within the site food operation which comply with the Company’s statutory obligations
- ensure all legal requirements are met for our customers and teams
- ensure a high-quality environment is maintained through both cleanliness and reporting maintenance issues to line management
- work efficiently, with confidence and request support from the GM & Food team when required
- have attention to detail and correctness of work and strong commitment to completing tasks on time
