Responsibility
- develop innovative and fun, new and existing Licensed Products which align with the overall creative and commercial vision for Beano
- be the main creative point-person with licensees and partners for their creative work and art approvals
- manage the Product Development process for Licensed Products, the Beano Shop product range and publishing products
- oversee the product set-up administration, including pricing, approvals and critical path
- manage license approvals to include all elements of the Product Development process – concept/ sample/ packaging/ marketing
- work collaboratively with all relevant internal departments when developing and launching style guides, packaging guides, product and retail designs
- be the brand champion for licensees, driving brand engagement to deliver strong creative output and brand consistency within a commercial context
- onboard and run sessions with new/existing Licensees providing brand updates in partnership with the brand marketing team
