Responsibility

  • overall responsibility for creating new patient leads and overseeing the conversion process of turning those leads into sales
  • ● Organising and attending key weekly, monthly and quarterly management meetings
  • ● Presenting and analysing weekly KPIs
  • ● Immerse yourself in orthodontics and liaise with “The Invisible Orthodontist” team as a key partner for executing the marketing strategy
  • you will report to the practice partners on key KPIs in line with the strategy, identifying and developing areas to improve
  • ● Leading the Beam Team to stimulate ideas and content generation
  • ● Creating and evolving the annual Marketing plan and sticking to the targets within it
  • ● Continually liaising with the team to ensure follow-through and embedding of new ideas

Requirements

  • ● Outgoing and sociable
  • ● Background in marketing and Sales - no dental sector background required
  • ● Highly organised and likes to plan ahead
  • ● Performance-driven, enjoys monitoring and delivering targets
  • ● Has significant experience with social media platforms and content creation
  • ● Has excellent follow-through and implementation for tasks they undertake
  • ● Experience in managing a small team
