  • BEAM ABA Services is recruiting for a Care Coordinator for their London office
  • BEAM ABA Services support individuals with complex behavioural needs including individuals diagnosed with autism and learning disability
  • we are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and experienced candidate to join our team
  • we are rated OUTSTANDING by CQC and are looking for someone who share our high standards of care and support
  • the main responsibility of the role is to undertake a range of functions to ensure efficiency in service delivery
  • the role offers hybrid working – 2-3 days’ work from home, 2-3 days in our office in Angel
  • the ideal candidate will have relevant experience in building good working relationships with colleagues in a care/support service as a Care Coordinator as well as experience of managing the administrative functions of an office
  • previous experience as a Care Coordinator is essential. Candidates who cannot demonstrate a minimum 2 years of experience in this role will not be considered for this position

Requirements

  • GCSEs or above
  • degree in relevant field
  • minimum of two years’ experience working as a Care Coordinator or similar position
  • experience of working in the care/support sector as a care coordinator
  • experience in line management responsibilities
  • lead on weekly scheduling, including developing and managing schedules, for clinical staff to ensure service runs smoothly
  • lead on on-call and emergency care and support responsibilities as required
  • work with HR Administrator, Registered Manager, and Operations Manager to maintain and update staff training records as required to ensure compliance
