BEAM ABA Services support individuals with complex behavioural needs including individuals diagnosed with autism and learning disability
we are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and experienced candidate to join our team
we are rated OUTSTANDING by CQC and are looking for someone who share our high standards of care and support
the main responsibility of the role is to undertake a range of functions to ensure efficiency in service delivery
the role offers hybrid working – 2-3 days’ work from home, 2-3 days in our office in Angel
the ideal candidate will have relevant experience in building good working relationships with colleagues in a care/support service as a Care Coordinator as well as experience of managing the administrative functions of an office
previous experience as a Care Coordinator is essential. Candidates who cannot demonstrate a minimum 2 years of experience in this role will not be considered for this position
Requirements
GCSEs or above
degree in relevant field
minimum of two years’ experience working as a Care Coordinator or similar position
experience of working in the care/support sector as a care coordinator
experience in line management responsibilities
lead on weekly scheduling, including developing and managing schedules, for clinical staff to ensure service runs smoothly
lead on on-call and emergency care and support responsibilities as required
work with HR Administrator, Registered Manager, and Operations Manager to maintain and update staff training records as required to ensure compliance

the ideal candidate will have managed a domiciliary care organisation or similar previously, adhering to CQC standards
you will be working as part of a collaborative team that works hard and supports each other along the way
