  • working on website builds for our new customers
  • supporting and maintaining websites for our existing customers
  • meeting prospective customers to describe the services we offer and answer any questions
  • liaising with existing customers regarding any issues they have or new features they require
  • providing training to customers on our systems

Requirements

  • working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • some understanding of JavaScript, PHP and/or MySQL
  • good communication skills
  • confident in using a VOIP phone system - receiving / transferring calls etc
  • confident in using Zoom / Microsoft Teams
  • web development: 1 year
  • watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
