- previous experience in a similar Managerial role required. Knowledge of Food, Beverage and Wines
- managing all F&B day to day operations
- making sure excellent customer service is being delivered at all times
- identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- continuously trying to make improvements to upsell within food and beverage sales
- making sure your team is table checking at all times
- making sure all stock is being rotated including bar snacks
- making sure your bar, restaurant and outside area is clean and tidy at all times
