Responsibility
- as the Manager of a Be The Change, you will be connecting with your team, not hiding in an office
- drive sales of all food and drinks products
- the right candidate will need to understand the in-house operating procedures
- highly organised with an obsession for detail, you will be busy sorting shifts, tackling training and setting the service's pace
- you will need a good understanding of stock control and management
- ideally have Food and Hygiene course Level 2 or above
- be able to demonstrate managerial and leadership qualities
- it is essential for the manager to ensure the place is running smooth and as it should be. Therefore, we do require this manager have strict procedures in place on a weekly basis for themselves and for staff
