  • LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to join our team in the Lobley Hill area of Gateshead
  • weekend working on a rota basis
  • the role is to support a young adult on a 2-to-1 basis, supporting the individual to improve life skills, maintaining his tenancy and accessing the local community
  • as a Learning Disabilities Support Worker, you will be based in Lobley Hill , supporting a young adult who is 18yrs old to live a happy and fulfilled life
  • full and Part Time
  • we require Support Workers who have a real passion of delivering person centred support, a nurturing and kind individual who has the ability work effectively to help the individual to meet their full potential
  • 1 x non-driver
