Responsibility

  • perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
  • maintain Payroll files and records
  • payroll
  • perform reconciliation of accounts at the end of month
  • prepare journal entries and reconcile bank statements
  • reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate financial records
  • prepare reports on account payability, accruals, transactions, etc
  • cashflow projections

Requirements

  • knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and accounting principles
  • familiarity with general ledger functions and with month-end reconciliation procedures
  • finiancial adminstartion experience
  • accounting: 1 year
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
