- minimum of 5 years of practical accounting work, including 3 years with responsibility for all accounts preparation with minimal supervision. Must also be experienced with Sage's stock control system
Responsibility
- performs bookkeeping duties, including data entry, bank deposits, & reconciliations, accounts payable and other client payments
- maintains Sage 50 accounting system, including stock management
- produce cash flow forecasts as required
- maintains sales ledger, including credit control and contacting customers as required
- support other team members in processing sales and purchase orders
- produces monthly management reports
- produce payroll reports
- prepares and submits VAT returns
