Responsibility
the Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the directors and field base of engineers
this includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining client files, and performing other duties as assigned
this position reports directly to the office manager and directors
Requirements
relevant experience in an office or similar environment
ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to prioritize tasks; ability to manage time effectively; attention to detail
ability to take direction from management on important decisions while balancing personal and professional priorities
use and operate finacial systems and operating systems like xero
strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels; ability to build relationships with clients and employees
ability to work as part of a team within an organization or business structure; flexibility as needed or appropriate for individual assignments or office responsibilities
