- A highly regarded commercial property organisation based in Bury are looking for a Commercial Property Administrator to join their expanding team - This is a permanent job opportunity that will be office based
- overseeing the property once the purchase has completed, liaising with internal and external parties
- keeping up to date with HM Revenue & Customs rules governing property purchase and ownership
- making clear and concise telephone and file notes and to write both standard and nonstandard letters
- working within the defined company policies and procedures as well as the risk and governance frameworks
- liaising with clients, financial advisers, lenders, solicitors and managing agents as needed, on all aspects of the property purchase, management, or sale processes
