Requirements
- communicate relevant information to the team and encourage good communication between team members
- develop yourself and make sure that people in the team are trained to do their job well
- motivate people to ensure correct practices are adhered to at all times to ensure products manufactured are RFT
Responsibility
- to personally carry out changeovers ensuring all spare parts are available to meet daily production requirements
- to escalate speedily any issues with your machinery that may affect the performance of it or the production line
- to ensure all staff are deploying appropriate GMP & hygiene standards to comply with requirements for working in a food production/processing environment
- to ensure all machine change parts and materials are stored using 5 s methodology
- to participate and contribute to weekly top loss meetings, specifically on the performance of the machine or machines in your remit
