Responsibility
- battles is an award-winning manufacturer and leading provider of all of the major animal health, equestrian and pet care brands worldwide
- we are currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our team onsite
- developing new sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls and lead follow-ups
- communicating with key accounts to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
- explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
- maintaining and improving the database of prospects
- researching for new leads
Requirements
- previous sales experience is essential
- excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily
- patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
- self-directed, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- strong analytical skills
