Responsibility
assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, and firewalls
monitor network performance and address any issues promptly
provide support for industrial warehouse IT systems
troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to warehouse operations
ensure efficient labelling and tracking of inventory
assist end users with Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs
provide technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
willingness to learn and support various applications used within the organisation
Requirements
relevant IT certifications or coursework
strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic Linux administration tasks
prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
possession of a valid UK driving license is desirable but not mandatory

Responsibility
accurately pick customer orders using automated systems
work with automated machinery, conveyors, and robotic picking systems
load and unload items from storage locations with care and efficiency
follow warehouse processes, health & safety, and company procedures
report any faults with equipment or stock discrepancies to supervisors
collaborate with team members to meet daily KPIs and productivity targets
maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation and the warehouse
Requirements
previous warehouse or picking experience is beneficial but not essential
comfortable working in a fast-paced, automated environment
basic computer and scanning device literacy
good attention to detail and accuracy
physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
some heavy lifting
willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends
