Requirements

  • proven experience in an administrative role
  • proficiency in computerised systems
  • 18 hours a week ranging from 8am until 3pm Monday- Friday this will be discussed further on availability
  • strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • familiarity with office equipment and procedures
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
