Responsibility
- opportunities for personal development in HR by providing HR support for activities including interviews and selection, onboarding and employee engagement
- provide comprehensive HR administrative support across a wide range of HR activities in the UK and where required provide HR administrative support to the European business
- keep policies, templates, employee records and documentation up to date to ensure they remain fit for purpose and in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- act as HR key user for the HR systems maintaining accurate data and acting as the interface to the outsourced payroll process and to ensure employees are paid in a timely manner
- support HR core processes through the provision of accurate and timely administration for the full employee lifecycle in areas such as: recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, development, pensions and payroll, projects and reporting activities
Requirements
- you will have an A-level standard education or equivalent, ideally with a HR qualification, e.g. level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice
- you can demonstrate experience of working in a busy and varied Human Resources administrative role including experience of payroll systems and processes. Previous experience of interviewing and selection would be an advantage
- finally, but as important, we are looking for a proactive, friendly and enthusiastic individual with a "can do" attitude and strong communication skills to join our team
