Responsibility
- you will be responsible for serving customers, up-selling and maintaining the cleanliness of the building
- part of our service requirement you will be expected to work shifts that will include evenings and weekends
- first impressions really do count and you'll be the one making them, with a warm and friendly welcome either at reception or working at our café bar
- the successful candidate must demonstrate a passion for customer service and an ability to be calm under pressure, especially at busy periods, to ensure they always provide high standards within our fully licensed Cafe Bars and/or at our front desk
- you'll provide a professional and efficient level of service; responsible for ensuring our Front of House runs smoothly, assisting members and guests with enquiries
