Responsibility
- assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VoIP/SIP, unified communications systems, broadband and mobile solutions
- provide technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly
- collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement efficient communication solutions
- general administration support to the Service team
- update the company ticketing system
- installing/Fault finding routers, modems, and network switches
- assist in the testing and documentation of new systems and software
- installing, connecting, and testing data cabling
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- GCSE IT A-C
- be able to think in a structured manner
- good communication and interpersonal abilities
- basic computer skills
- be a quick learner
- have a passion for IT and computer networks
- full UK driving licence
- colour blind test to be passed
