Responsibility

  • develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement
  • manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies
  • develop and implement employee engagement programs
  • conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
  • administer HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, and Workday

Requirements

  • CIPD or related field
  • proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role for minimum 3 years
  • in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
  • strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively
  • experience with HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, or Workday
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education

  • bachelor's
