Responsibility
being the first point of call for new enquiries for commercial property surveys – by telephone and email
converting enquiries into instructions, nurturing leads and utilising CRM system
booking agency viewings, dealing with prospective purchasers and liaising with clients
preparing Terms of Engagement and Property Reports – audio typing, copy typing whilst being responsible for content compliance
undertaking property research and investigations on cases in-hand
building relationships with customers, potential customers and third party organisations for cross-referrals and business generation
promoting the services offered by Bartley West Limited undertaking business generation tasks and co-ordinating marketing in-house and by external agencies
coordinating surveyor inspections and ensuring the smooth running of diary management; geographical knowledge an advantage
Requirements
minimum 1 year in an administrative role or proven IT processing skills
minimum 2 years in an administrative role
ability to communicate and deal with a range of stakeholders on the telephone and professionally within emails and letters
ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
A flexible, self-motivated, organised, and proactive nature with the ability to adapt to a wide range of tasks
A friendly manner, a really good team player
