  • to report all compliments, comments and/ or complaints
  • to attend statutory training and staff meetings
  • to carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard for the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, service users and other persons within the home
  • ensure that all food is used within the prescribed period
  • to ensure chemicals and equipment are secured safely and correctly
  • to carry out other duties as will, from time to time, be directed
  • to report any defects, damage, theft, breakages, or hazards
