Responsibility
- motivating staff to deliver high standards of customer service
- direct management of the Teams
- be confident with EPOS system management including online ordering app and provide relevant staff training
- manage the recruitment and training of staff
- draft and publish weekly rotas
- be responsible for all ordering and stock control
- health and safety management and training
- ensuring all licensing, hygiene & Covid secure procedures are adhered to
Requirements
- previous experience as a Bar Manager in a high volume bar/events venue or experience with festival bar operator
- excellent cocktail, beer and spirit knowledge
- personal license holder
- first Aid certification
- health and Safety training
- bar management: 2 years
