Responsibility

  • as Project Manager, you will be based within one of their major FM contracts, serving the NHS

  • the owners are an independent fund management company that provides institutional investors with access to long term investment opportunities predominantly in UK-based infrastructure assets in a wide range of critical sectors, including; health, education, blue light, custodial, government, defence and roads
  • the owners are an independent fund management company that provides institutional investors with access to long term investment opportunities predominantly in UK-based infrastructure assets in a wide range of critical sectors, including; Leisure, Education, Health, Blue light, Custodial, Government, Defence and Roads
  • services provided to PFI clients include; operational & contract management, accounting, company secretarial matters, insurances, financial modelling and tax, counterparty liaison & management, & lifecycle expenditure
  • services provided to PFI clients include; life cycle expenditure, operational & contract management, accounting, company secretarial matters, insurances, financial modelling and tax, counterparty liaison & management

Requirements

  • experienced Project Manager, with a background in hard FM or relevant construction projects
  • facilities / Life cycle experienced project manager, with a background in FM or and PFI contract projects
  • demonstrable project management skills and experience of using structured PM methods & processes
  • demonstrable contract management skills and experience of using structured project methods & processes
  • can manage multiple projects simultaneously, inc. scheduled and unscheduled works as required
  • can manage multiple contracts / projects simultaneously, inc. unscheduled works as required
  • budget control experience and can demonstrate financial acumen in delivering projects within budgets
  • excellent communications skills, able to report and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
