  • must have at least 5 years experience in commercial, property or general litigation
  • prepare legal documents
  • running own case load
  • interview witnesses and clients
  • attend hearings
  • small firm requiring a senior paralegal to take on a active case load of property and probate disputes as well as general civil litigation
  • manage calendars and deadlines
  • as part of the role, for development we will try to include court work assisting the barrister at hearings and trials seeing first hand the operation of the courts
