Requirements
- exceptional leadership, high levels of people management, and communication skills
- proven track record in a GM or a restaurant management in a fast paced, high quality food service environment
- ability to work confidently and consistently to the company standards
- drive to achieve higher performance and standards, operationally and customer facing
- willingness to push higher levels of performance and growth within the business
- strong organisational and time keeping skills
- being fully compliant with all relevant legislation, including health & safety and food hygiene
