Responsibility
- offering guidance on and management of employee relation issues
- coordination and management of grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals
- coordination and management of company sickness, including absence management processes
- writing, implementing and reviewing company handbooks, policies, procedures, forms and compliant contracts of employment
- coordination and management of redundancies, and TUPE when applicable
- development of resources to populate our in house learning management system
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, working with autonomy across all areas of HR
- strong IT skills are essential to the role
- experience using HRIS and LMS systems
- CIPD Level 5/7 preferred
- willingness to embed into a team, upskilling, motivating and disseminating knowledge and expertise
- committed to continued professional and personal development
- HR: 5 years
- degree educated, with a 2:2 or above
