the RoleFRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS registered valuer Carrying out one or two valuations in any given day or perhaps a Homebuyer Report and a small valuation or Building Survey only

Requirements
at least 3 years PQE with experience in producing Building Surveys & Homebuyer reports
chartered or Associate members with Registered Valuer Status
strong residential knowledge
ability to proactively manage your caseload
full/part time or consultancy considered Diligent, enthusiastic & motivated
