Responsibility
- to ensure that key clients are serviced promptly and professionally
- ensure all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorisation, sourcing channels and processes
- develop resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including building talent pools
- ensure that the team maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
- build and maintain strong and solid client stakeholder relationships
- ensure the team provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods are followed and frequent communication is deployed
Requirements
- experience of temporary recruitment within a blue collar agency environment
- experience of managing people in a recruitment agency environment
- has delivered large numbers of placements into key accounts
- well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- excellent in both client and candidate facing situations
- able to lead and manage a team
- analytical with excellent attention to detail
- personable and reliable
