Responsibility

  • administer and manage equity share plans, including the tracking and vesting of shares and the calculation of related payroll deductions
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and employee files

  • collaborate with the HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and improve processes and systems

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • extensive experience in payroll management, preferably in a startup or fast-growing business
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with payroll software and systems, including experience with equity share plans
  • knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including tax and employment laws, in multiple international locations

senior product manager

Responsibility
